Three offers. Automations are fixed price, from €2,500, live in 2 days to 2 weeks. Products, like a voice receptionist or a support bot, are from €2,000 to set up plus from €200 a month. Custom automations are quoted after a free scoping call. Every number is agreed in writing before you commit to anything.
Automations go live in 2 days to 2 weeks. Custom automations run 2 to 4 weeks, with the timeline set in writing after the scoping call, and quick wins prioritized so you start reclaiming hours early. We agree the go-live date up front, not at the end.
For Automations and Custom automations, a monthly fee only applies if you want us to keep the system running. Products carry a monthly fee from €200 that covers the connections, monitoring, and tuning. Telephony and model usage are always passed through at cost, never marked up, and third-party licences are billed by those vendors.
Everything runs on EU-hosted infrastructure, built to SOC 2 controls, with a DPA on request under a GDPR Article 28 agreement. If the model itself has to run on your own hardware, or a single-tenant server nobody else touches, that is our sister brand yourtrained.ai.
